Processing Time

During launches, restocks, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 1–4 weeks depending on location and customs processing

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or carrier delays
  • weather conditions
  • customs delays
  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address may require additional postage for reshipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • photos of the damaged item(s)
  • photos of the packaging
